I began my career as a production assistant in scripted television and transitioned to reality TV where I advanced to the position of Co-Executive Producer. The skills I have mastered over my career are as follows:

• Creating a culture of creativity and professional satisfaction

• Concept development during preproduction

• Writing scripts/breakdowns as well as crafting and developing storylines

• Managing all logistics including scheduling and crew movements

• Working within and maximizing output based on production budget

• Ensuring quality of content in the field and post production
